We primarily produce Direct-Fit Exhaust Assemblies from Mild Steel, Aluminized Mild Steel and a wide range of different stainless-steel materials (e.g., T304, T321, T409, et…), depending on customer or application requirements. We are also able to offer exhaust system fabrication services using exotic materials like Titanium or Inconel 625.
While the automotive industry—including on and off-road vehicles—is where you are most likely to find our direct-fit exhaust assemblies, we also design and manufacture these assemblies for equipment used in the Defense and Power Generation industries. Vibrant Power can produce exhaust systems in tube sizes spanning up to 6” O.D. We offer both Mandrel and Compression style tube bending and have an extensive range of tooling to choose from, including the ability to achieve very tight 1D bends. We also carry an extensive inventory of universal mandrel bends in 304 Stainless Steel, Aluminized Steel, 6063 Aluminum, and Gr. 1 Titanium in sizes ranging from 1.00” to 6.00” O.D.
