Vibrant Power offers a variety of high-quality Flexible Exhaust Coupling solutions incorporating Stainless Steel Multi-ply bellows—with or without external braiding. The braided construction option ensures maximum flexibility and performance under the stress of vibration while protecting the bellows from external damage. The stainless-steel material protects against corrosion.

Vibrant Power Flexible Exhaust Couplings are available with a variety of internal liner types, including Inner Braid, Interlock, and Directional Solid Liners. These Internal Liners are designed to protect the bellows from high flow velocity gasses that could create noise or set the bellows into resonance and cause premature failure.

Our Bellow couplings can be manufactured from a myriad of materials including many types of Stainless Steel, Duplex, High Nickel Alloys, Titanium, various Elastomers, and PTFE and we can supply large diameter metal bellows. Bellows make up the “membrane” or “pressure carrier” of exhaust connectors and expansion joints.
