Our extensive inventory of standard 4-ply hoses features High-Temperature resistant Aramid Reinforcement Fabric between each layer of silicone, allowing for an impressive Operating Temperature range of -65˚F to 500˚F (-54˚C to 260˚C) and are available in a large range of sizes, ranging from 0.50” to 6.00” I.D. Our standard hose offering is best suited for Water, Coolant, and Air service only.

Silicone CAC Hump Hose Couplers
- Ideal for compensating for minor misalignment and isolating vibration. Stainless Steel Rings prevent excessive hose expansion caused by elevated pressures.
- Vibrant’s standard CAC hose is suitable for both the Hot and Cold side of a charge air cooler thanks to 4-ply Aramid Reinforced construction.

Specially Lined Silicone Hoses designed for use with Petroleum-based and Organic-Acid-Technology (OAT) coolants
Exposure to Oil, Fuel and newer Extended Life Anti-Freeze Coolants will prematurely degrade a typical silicone hose due to the material’s inherent permeability characteristics. Vibrant Power offers a special range of hoses featuring inner liners that are designed to resist these corrosive media and permit long service life for the hose.
